As a Certified Imago Relationship Therapist, I specialize in guiding couples through the transformative journey of Imago Therapy. Imago therapy is rooted in the scientific based understanding that we are attracted to partners who reflect  the positive and negative traits of our caregivers. This then provides a unique framework for healing relationships. I facilitate couples in understanding their triggers and responses with the relationship dynamic. Through structured dialogues and exercise, I guide partners to express their needs, fears, and desires, fostering a deep emotional connection and intimacy.

I also specialize in the individual treatment of teens and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD both in teens and adults. Types of therapy varies for each client depending on the need.
I will use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to identify negative thought patterns in order to develop new coping skills for a more healthy way of being. I also use Psychodynamic Therapy to understand neural wiring to aid the client in understanding they make sense, but their way of being brings them more harm and less joy. I use relaxation techniques, mindfulness techniques, and stress management strategies to assist clients struggling with anxiety symptoms. Trauma clients are presented with a safe environment to explore and understand the trauma that brings them to therapy.

Through this slow and mindful process, clients will understand and learn how to cope more effectively to be able to heal and live their best lives here forward. ADHD clients recieve psychoeducation about ADHD symptoms and strategies for managing impulsivity, hyperactivity, and inattention. Behavioral therapies, such as behavior modification and social skills training, are commonly used to develop practical skills for coping with ADHD-related challenges. In all cases, the counseling process emphasizes a supportive and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship. Tailored interventions are designed to address the specific symptoms and challenges associated with depression, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD, enabling individuals to gain insight, develop coping skills, and improve their overall well-being.

I offer more than therapy with my experience spanning over three decades. I offer a deeper understanding of the human psyche coupled with unwavering dedication to your well-being. My commitment to fostering healing and growth has transformed lives, mending relationships and guiding individuals toward inner harmony and couples into deeper connection they never thought possible.
